My approach to therapy is strengths-based and eclectic. It typically involves a variety of techniques tailored to meet the unique needs presented by each client. Frequently used methodology includes: cognitive behavioral (CBT and CBT-I), cognitive processing (CPT), client-centered, solution-focused, family-systems, and mindfulness, among other techniques.

Most virtual sessions are offered M-F 9am to 5pm (Florida and Oklahoma residents, includes insurance and private pay). Couples and Parenting intensives are available on select weekends (4-hour accelerated sessions - Private pay only in Tampa Bay area).
